Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee one apartment community on-site in Austin, TX. You will lead staff, guide leasing, budgeting, and resident relations while ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.

You will manage hiring, training, and performance reviews, monitor budgets, and collaborate with maintenance and marketing to meet occupancy and revenue goals. A strong leadership background and experience in multi-family management are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of related multi-family property management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Team player, professional, and effective communication skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Leads property staff, conducting candidate interviews, onboarding, training, timesheet approval, and annual assessments.
• Drive team to achieve performance indicators and manage disciplinary actions in collaboration with HR.
• Conduct ongoing training with office staff on leasing paperwork, workplace safety, and other daily operations.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints and requests to resolve issues.
• Analyze market trends and partner with marketing to implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
