Job summary

Asset Living in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration and risk management on-site.

As the on-site leader, you will ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines while driving resident satisfaction, budgeting, marketing and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ housing industry experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager.

• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor financial performance.
