Job summary

Asset Living in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and risk management to ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure property compliance with Asset Living policies and safety guidelines.
• Lead emergency response and maintain property appearance and upkeep.
