Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee daily operations of a housing community under regional supervision. You will manage staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration while ensuring policy compliance, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

Responsibilities include budgeting, marketing plans, resident relations, and timely reporting. The role requires on-site leadership with a focus on occupancy, budget adherence, and high-quality service to residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or related housing experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to operate on-site software with basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community under Regional Manager.
• Supervise on-site staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration.
• Develop Budgets/forecasts and monitor rents and vendor invoices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Lead emergency response and maintain resident satisfaction.
• Plan marketing and leasing to maximize occupancy and NOI.
