Job summary

Asset Living in Westerville, OH is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, administration, and risk management while ensuring compliance with Asset’s policies and fair housing guidelines.

The role requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent; CAM/ARM preferred; 1–2 years in housing; on-site software skills and OSHA/Fair Housing knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; College degree preferred or related experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community on-site under Regional Manager.
