Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager. As on-site leader, you will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, financials and risk compliance.

You will develop annual budgets, monitor deposits, rents, and vendor invoices, and drive resident satisfaction through effective leasing and service. Requirements include a High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), CAM/ARM preferred, and familiarity with on-site

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• CAM or ARM certification preferred
• Familiarity with on-site property management software and Fair Housing Laws knowledge

Responsibilities
