Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an on-site Community Manager to oversee operations of a housing community under the guidance of the Regional Manager. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, and financial activities while ensuring compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.

This role requires leadership, budgeting, and strategic leasing responsibilities. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required or better.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent housing experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Personnel management and staff development.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Ensure compliance with Asset policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop annual operating budgets/forecasts and monitor finances.
• Plan and implement marketing, leasing and resident retention strategies.
• Respond to resident complaints and ensure high resident satisfaction.
• Oversee administrative, leasing and maintenance reporting.

Education
