RPM Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee operations at an apartment community. The role requires leading property staff, managing leasing activities, and ensuring exceptional resident service while coordinating with maintenance and marketing teams.

The ideal candidate will have multi-family property management experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills, with a focus on driving occupancy and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years relevant experience.
• 3+ years of related multi-family property management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Leads property staff, interviewing candidates and onboarding.
• Drive team to achieve performance indicators and manage disciplinary actions.
• Conduct ongoing training on leasing paperwork, safety, and daily operations.
• Motivate staff through recognition, training, and team-building activities.
• Assist in budget preparation and adhere to budgets.
• Complete month-end/year-end financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Promote resident satisfaction and respond to issues to resolve service requests.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely responses to service requests.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain high resident service standards.
• Analyze market trends and partner with marketing on leasing strategies.
• Follow eviction procedures and assist with court representations as needed.
• Manage owner relationships, property tours, and updates.
