Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all business operations at an apartment community. The role requires strong resident relations, leadership, and on-site supervision to align with company policy and budget goals.

The candidate will supervise leasing and maintenance, analyze performance, and guide on-site staff through training and evaluation while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering exceptional customer service to residents.

Qualifications

• Three-plus years of related multi-family property management experience.
• Two+ years in affordable housing experience preferred.
• Experience with Onesite software is a plus.
• Strong leadership and management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise leasing and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with company policy.
• Analyze performance and trends to develop and implement monthly marketing plan.
• Train, motivate and supervise all on-site staff to achieve operational goals (orientation, training, time-sheets, guidance).
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining high resident service standards.
• Assist in preparation of budget and adherence to approved budgets.
• Complete month-end and year-end reporting as required.
• Explain monthly budget variances +/- 10% per line item.
• Ensure property operations comply with all regulatory requirements.
