This role emphasizes building strong resident relations, guiding strategic decisions with the board, managing budgets, and mentoring the onsite team to deliver a transparent, resident-centric experience across the master community.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of onsite HOA/community management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; CAM certification preferred; CAM required within 90 days in some states.

Responsibilities

• Drive Community Initiatives: Lead daily operations, ensuring community goals align with CCMC’s mission and governing documents.
• Foster Collaborative Relationships: Build strong connections with residents, board members, and staff through open communication.
• Ensure Financial Accountability: Manage budgets, prepare variance reports, and implement board directives with financial transparency.
• Maintain Risk Management Compliance: Develop and execute risk management programs and long-term planning.
• Develop & Motivate Teams: Lead and mentor the onsite team, focusing on delegation and performance development.
• Guide Strategic Decisions: Advise the board on long-term planning and policy-making.
• Engage the Community: Facilitate resident meetings and active participation.
