Job summary

Capital Consultants Management Corporation seeks a Community Manager to lead onsite HOA operations, oversee budgets, vendors, and resident relations. The role focuses on governance, risk management, and team development to enhance the resident experience.

You will advise the board on long-term planning, mentor staff, and drive engagement through inclusive community programs and meetings.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of onsite HOA community management or similar experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; CAM license required within 90 days in applicable states.
• Strong communication and leadership with residents, board, and staff.
• Willingness to pass pre-employment drug screen, background, motor vehicle, and credit checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to align with CCMC’s mission and manage assets, vendors, and resources.
• Oversee compliance with governing documents and budgets; monitor variances.
• Prepare and review budgets; implement board directives with financial transparency.
• Develop risk management programs and long-term planning strategies.
• Mentor onsite team, delegate tasks, and drive performance.
• Advise the board on strategic planning and policy development.
• Facilitate resident meetings and foster inclusion and participation.
