Sun Communities is seeking a Senior Community Manager in Florida to oversee operations and profitability of the community. You will be the day-to-day contact for residents, on-call, and responsible for marketing, leasing, home sales, maintenance, budgeting, HR, and resident relations.

You will coordinate team development, ensure policy compliance, and drive marketing strategies while managing leases, renovations, and vendor relationships from on-site locations within the community.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Business preferred.
• 4 years in property management with at least 2 years supervisory experience required.
• 6 months in sales and leasing experience required.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and employment law.

Responsabilidades

• Markets homes for sale within the community.
• Prepares documents to list and sell homes.
• Manages rent collection and posting of income.
• Handles delinquencies and eviction proceedings per policy.
• Ensures compliance with fair housing and safety regulations.
