Sun Communities, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operation, financial performance, and resident satisfaction of the community.

The role requires 24/7 on-call availability and acts as the primary contact for residents, coordinating leasing, marketing, maintenance, and budgeting to drive strong performance. Responsibilities include marketing homes, collecting rent, handling delinquencies, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with fair housing and employment laws.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years property management experience with supervisory experience.
• 6 months sales and leasing experience required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Thorough knowledge of fair housing and employment laws.

Responsabilidades

• Market homes for sale and prepare listing documents.
• Oversee rent collection and delinquency management.
• Handle evictions per Sun policies and regulations.
• Monitor and approve operating and sales invoices.
• Resolve resident issues and provide timely solutions to maintain satisfaction.
• Coordinate team hiring, development, and policy compliance.
• Manage LPPs including repairs, leasing, and renovations.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and regulations.
