Job summary

Seabreeze Management Company is seeking a General Manager to oversee the assigned community, including governance, financial oversight, and day-to-day operations. The role requires a consistent onsite presence of 3–5 days weekly and may manage additional associations based on needs.

Candidates should have five+ years in HOA/property management, supervisory experience, and strong budgeting knowledge. CMCA certification is required; AMS designation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of community association or property management experience.
• Experience managing a high-end Irvine/Newport Beach area community preferred.
• Two or more years of supervisory experience with team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of HOA operations, budgeting, and governance.
• CMCA certification required; AMS designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact to Board of Directors and residents.
• Lead day-to-day operations with onsite presence of 3–5 days per week.
• Oversee budget preparation and financial reporting.
• Coordinate vendor contracts, bidding, and project oversight.
• Maintain association records and calendars.
