The role requires CCAM®, CMCA®, or AMS designations and strong leadership, budgeting, and customer service skills to ensure compliance, efficiency, and superior service for clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HOA management or related experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience across multiple locations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build longstanding relationships with Boards of Directors to develop goals for Homeowners’ Associations.
• Support Boards in deploying strategic plans to meet those goals.
• Manage major community projects and issues for multiple accounts.
• Oversee contractors and vendors and ensure contract compliance.
