Job summary

Seabreeze Management Company seeks an engaging Community Manager to lead homeowner associations. You will partner with Boards of Directors, align goals, manage projects, and ensure financial health.

The role requires 3+ years in HOA or related fields, strong communication, budget oversight, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. CCAM CMCA AMS designations are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in managing homeowner associations, city government, or related experience
• Excellent, effective, and diplomatic verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of project management, budget management, and strategic goal development

Responsibilities

• Assist Boards of Directors in developing the overall operational strategy for their Association; implement the Boards’ goals and monitor progress
• Maintain client relationships with the Boards by serving as a liaison between the Boards and the management company
• Develop fiscal management policies and procedures to protect each Association’s assets and support property values
• Oversee the bidding process for third party vendors
• Monitor homeowner assessment delinquencies and oversee collection efforts
• Prepare the annual budget by analyzing prior expenditures and assessing new needs
