Job summary

Seabreeze Management Company is seeking a Senior Community Manager to build strong relationships with HOA boards and residents, guide strategic plans, and oversee multiple accounts with a focus on governance, finances, contracts, and vendor relations.

The role requires CCAM® or CMCA®/AMS® designations, 3+ years in HOA management, and 1+ year of supervisory experience across locations. In-office work at our California offices is standard, with collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HOA management, city government, or related field.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Governance & Compliance: ensure compliance with Civil Code, local ordinances, and governing documents; prepare meeting agendas and minutes; guide the Board on updates.
• Board & Community Relations: manage relationships with Board, committees, and residents; assist with homeowner communication; address concerns and violations.
• Operations & Vendor Management: oversee contractors and vendors; perform site inspections; supervise onsite personnel.
• Financial & Insurance Oversight: review financial statements; coordinate billing and financial reporting; manage insurance needs.
• Administrative Management: maintain association files; manage deadlines and annual calendar; process contracts and bids.
