Job summary

Seabreeze Management Company is seeking a Senior Community Manager to partner with Boards of Directors and oversee major HOA projects and operations across multiple communities. The role requires industry expertise, CCAM/CMCA/AMS designations, and a strong track record in relationship-building and governance.

The Senior Community Manager will manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relations while coordinating with internal departments to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the industry managing homeowners’ associations, city government, or related experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience across multiple locations; effective in motivating and building teams.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Governance, compliance, and ensuring adherence to Civil Code and governing documents.
• Board and community relations: educate, communicate, and address homeowner concerns.
