Greystar is seeking an on-site Assistant Community Manager to oversee financial and operational aspects of a multifamily community. You will handle rent processing, banking deposits, and daily financial reporting, while ensuring lease compliance and tenant satisfaction.

The role requires 1–3 years in property management, strong communication skills, and proficiency with property management software. Evening/weekend flexibility and local travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business/Communications or related field.
• 1–3 years in residence life or property management showing operations, sales, and customer service.
• Understanding of lease terms and enforcement, including collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently.

Aufgaben

• Collects rent, fees, and payments; processes daily deposits and reconciles bank accounts.
• Operates Yardi/OneSite/Entrata; enters required fields and backs up data.
• Reviews resident files for unpaid or late fees and communicates with residents.
• Reviews vendor invoices; codes charges and coordinates with management and owners.
• Follows eviction procedures; represents the community in court as needed.
• Manages move-outs; reviews leases, applies deposits, and processes dispositions.
• Responds to resident questions to promote satisfaction and retention.
• Acts as on-site supervisor in manager's absence; coordinates maintenance tasks.
• Assists with owner relations and property tours; supports leasing activities.
