Job summary

Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the on-site leadership in overseeing financial and operational aspects of the apartment community. You will perform bookkeeping, rent processing, and bank reconciliations while ensuring lease terms are enforced and customer service remains high.

You will work with Yardi/OneSite/Entrata and coordinate with vendors, residents, and owners to maintain revenue targets and smooth daily operations. Evening/weekend flexibility may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Collects rent, processes payments, and handles day-to-day financial transactions for the community.
• Uses property management software to record and reconcile financial data.
• Reviews resident files for late payments, communicates with residents, and enforces lease terms.
• Reviews and approves vendor invoices, codes charges, and coordinates with owners and accounting.
