Associated Asset Management seeks an Onsite Community Manager for the Osborne Trails community in Westfield, IN. You will ensure resident satisfaction, manage governance documents, and coordinate with the board and staff.

The role requires HOA experience, strong communication, and the ability to handle budgeting, contracts, and events. Evening/weekend availability may be needed; a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required, HOA knowledge preferred.
• 2+ years of HOA community management or related customer service.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage the HOA business to preserve property values and resident relations.
• Coordinate with board, committees, and owners; prepare board packages.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents and relevant laws.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts, and vendor management.
• Lead onboarding of residents and support clubs/activities.
