Job summary

Everabode Property Management LLC is seeking a Community Manager to oversee a manufactured housing community in Indianapolis, IN. The role combines operations, leasing, and resident relations to drive successful performance at the community level.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, customer service, and financial acumen, with on-site supervision experience and knowledge of property management software. On-site, full-time, with standard office hours and after-hours availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; on-site full-time role.
• Direct experience in manufactured housing communities preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA and housing regulations.
• Experience supervising on-site staff and managing vendors.
• Financial management: budgeting, rent collection, expenses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the manufactured housing community and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Conduct regular property inspections for curb appeal, safety, and maintenance.
• Manage rent collection, lease enforcement, delinquencies, and evictions as needed.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors for repairs and capital improvements.
• Maximize occupancy and revenue through marketing, retention, and rent optimization.
