Everabode Property Management LLC in Indianapolis, Indiana seeks a full-time Community Manager to oversee an on-site manufactured housing community. You will manage operations, leasing, budgeting, and resident relations to drive occupancy and financial performance.

The role requires strong leadership, on-site presence, adherence to Fair Housing laws, and collaboration with staff and vendors to maintain safety and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Direct experience in manufactured housing communities strongly preferred.
• CAM, MCM, or similar certification a plus.
• On-site, full-time work at the community required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with policies.
• Inspect property for curb appeal, safety, and maintenance.
• Manage rent collection, leases, and delinquencies.
• Coordinate with maintenance and contractors for repairs.
• Drive occupancy and revenue through marketing and retention.
• Enforce rules and handle evictions with counsel as needed.
• Supervise on-site staff and train the team.
• Maintain records and prepare management reports.
