Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for a property. The role emphasizes on-site presence and customer service in a dynamic apartment community.

The position requires showing and leasing units, processing move-in paperwork, and maintaining resident satisfaction. Candidates should have a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills with on-site software proficiency.
• Understanding of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• Effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour community, and sign a lease.
• Conducts all functions necessary to close the sale, including making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, maintaining model units, and all necessary follow‑up needed.
• Completes all leasing paperwork needed prior to move‑in
• Assisting with lease audits, walking units, and turn process.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, responding to prospect leads within 24 hours.
