Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community on-site. You will supervise staff, handle leasing, budgeting, maintenance coordination, and ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

As an on-site leader, you will drive marketing efforts, monitor finances, and ensure resident satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery. Strong leadership and organization are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or four years in housing industry.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills required and ability to use on-site software.

Responsibilities

• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance per company policies.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and leasing plans.
• Oversee leasing and resident relations to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage maintenance coordination and safety/compliance.
• Ensure timely property financial reporting and invoicing.
• Plan marketing strategies and oversee vacancy closures.
