Asset Living seeks an experienced Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community on site. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and administrative functions while ensuring compliance with policies, safety rules, and fair housing guidelines.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years in housing, or 1–2 years related experience. CAM/ARM certification is a plus and a strong customer service mindset is essential.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ housing industry experience, or 1–2 years related experience and/or training.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Mansioni

• Oversee on-site housing community operations under Regional Manager.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with Asset policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop operating budgets/forecasts and monitor deposits and rent collections.
• Lead emergency response and staff development, training, and performance coaching.

Formazione
