Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site under the Regional Manager. You will lead staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and financial activities while ensuring safety and policy compliance.

The role requires on-site attendance, staff supervision, and strong customer service. A High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor’s is preferred, with CAM/ARM certification being a plus. Knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA is essential.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the housing community under the Regional Manager.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Ensure safety and compliance with Asset’s policies and procedures, fair housing guidelines, and liability concerns.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and marketing plans.
