Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, finances, administration and risk, while ensuring compliance with policy, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

You will lead a team, drive resident satisfaction, implement marketing and retention strategies, and maintain accurate reporting and budgets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years in housing.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Experience with on-site software and Fair Housing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of the housing community on-site under Regional Manager.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, finance, admin & risk management.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop yearly marketing plans and resident retention programs.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, reports, and on-site financials.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to resident requests.
