Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on site under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will lead on-site staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and financial administration while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

As the on-site leader you will develop annual budgets, monitor rent collections, supervise maintenance, and implement resident retention programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ housing experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Regular on-site attendance is required.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts.
• Monitor rent collections and deposits; ensure timely processing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.
