Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community on site. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with safety, fair housing, and company policies.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting capabilities, and a customer-focused approach to resident management. Experience in housing operations and knowledge of on-site software tools is preferred, with CAM/ARM certification encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in housing is a plus.
• CAM or ARM certification is preferred.
• Must understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site staff and leasing operations.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and forecasts.
• Lease, show, and move-in prospective residents; manage resident communications.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
