Continental in Kissimmee, FL seeks a seasoned Community Manager to oversee operations, budgets, and personnel, delivering an exceptional resident experience. You will report to the Regional Director and drive submarket strategy while ensuring goals are met.

This role requires a bilingual English/Spanish communicator, flexible schedule, and comfort with on-site leadership, tours, and active daily management across the community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential community management experience with a proven track record.
• Strong budgeting, NOI growth, and resident experience focus.
• Experience with property tech tools (OneSite, Ops Technology, AIRM, Funnel, Compliance Depot) is a plus.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; active on-site presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage operating budgets; drive revenue through strategic sales and marketing.
• Lead and develop a high-performing property team; deliver exceptional resident experience.
• Oversee day-to-day operations; compile monthly KPI and financial reports and strategy.
