Job summary

Sun Communities, Inc. is seeking a bilingual Community Manager to oversee operations, financial performance, and resident satisfaction across the on-site community in Sanford, FL.

The role serves as the primary contact for residents with 24/7 on-call availability, and leads leasing, marketing, and maintenance processes. You will manage budgets, supervise staff, ensure fair housing compliance, and coordinate with Sun Homes and RVP to drive performance and growth while maintaining Sun’s curb

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required for resident communications and documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Leadership experience in property management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Markets homes and oversees leasing and sales processes.
• Manages rent collections and delinquency procedures.
• Ensures compliance with fair housing laws and community policies.
• Prepares and monitors budgets and CapEx requests.
• Supervises maintenance, operations, and team performance.
• Maintains Sun’s curb appeal and resident satisfaction.
