Job summary

Sentry Management, Inc. is seeking a professional and reliable on-site Community Representative II for our Kissimmee market.

This full-time role provides administrative and community management support to division managers and communities, including reporting, onboarding, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate has office or administrative experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer tasks.

Qualifications

• Office or administrative experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, organized and self-motivated.
• Valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support Community Managers and Division leaders.
• Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.
• Prepare and provide reports, meeting materials, work orders, and other documents.
• Assist in account setups and onboarding.
• Track vendor insurance and W9s and manage scanning of invoices.
• Assist in performing property visits.
• Support homeowner calls and requests.
• Manage vendor proposals, contracts review and renewal, and prepare bid comparisons.
