Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead site team to achieve financial and occupancy targets.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, and resident services to maximize NOI.
• Manage facilities, repairs, and vendor contracts for the asset.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Monitor resident feedback and online reputation; drive service improvements.
• Prepare and review monthly reporting packages with the Regional Director.
