Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in various property management roles required; preferably in student housing.
• Locally mandated licenses/certifications strongly preferred and in some cases required.

Responsibilities

• Lead site team to achieve occupancy and financial targets.
• Manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for the asset.
• Prepare and review budgets and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Oversee maintenance planning, safety, and vendor contracts.
• Maintain and improve online reputation and resident satisfaction.
