Job summary

FirstService Residential in Miami, FL, is seeking a seasoned Community Association Manager to lead our on-site operation and collaborate with Regional Directors and Boards to execute projects, meet objectives, and deliver quality service to residents.

You will manage a team, oversee construction and maintenance projects, and ensure timely, within-budget completion while maintaining contractual obligations and responsive communication with residents.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property operations, hospitality, or construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Must be Certified and Licensed by the State of Florida for Community Association Management (CAM).
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and common business tools.
• Knowledge of Florida statutes and association documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and leadership to assigned property and book of business.
• Lead a team within a property while maintaining high standards for processes and personnel.
• Act as liaison to ensure quality service and prompt response to questions and problems.
• Ensure compliance with contract between the association and FirstService Residential.
• Oversee site inspections and project budgets, and drive property improvements.
• Maintain documentation in portals and manage staff scheduling and staffing levels.
