Responsibilities

• Develop and manage operating budgets, drive revenue through strategic sales, marketing, customer service, and submarket knowledge.
• Deliver an exceptional resident experience with a courteous, professional attitude and tour-ready units.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and present monthly KPI and financial reports with strategic plans.
