Job summary

IWG is seeking a Community Associate for an on-site role in Hopkinton, MA. You will build and maintain a local community within the center, handling administrative tasks and supporting customers so they can focus on running their business.

You’ll engage with customers daily, assist with requests, coordinate event logistics, and ensure accurate invoicing. The position emphasizes excellent service, multi-tasking, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with ability to build relationships and empathize.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to fast-changing situations.
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the country and 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain your own community within the center and handle administrative needs for customers.
• Assist customers with everyday requests (wifi, directions, project setup, mail and invoices).
• Ensure services are properly charged and invoices are accurate.
• Organize center events and networking activities for customers.
• Open and manage service tickets and track issue resolution.
• Prepare center for opening/closing and assist with center communications.
