Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with in-center needs, such as directions, Wi-Fi, packages, and room setups.
• Coordinate services, ensure accurate invoicing, and manage ticketing in the service portal.
• Support event planning, invite customers, and help promote networking activities.
• Maintain center cleanliness and readiness before opening and after closing.
