Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some college or technical education preferred
• Previous customer service experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a support role

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk operations and handle resident inquiries
• Register and monitor facility rentals and room setups
• Distribute access fobs and manage gate controls
• Assist with community events and multimedia equipment demonstrations
• Record and process revenue from facility rentals per policy
• Handle resident identification cards and registration processes
• Maintain parking logs and address parking violations as needed
