Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a service environment with strong customer interaction.
• Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Real estate knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle resident, board member, vendor, and manager requests professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with property managers and departments to resolve inquiries quickly.
• Document resolutions in the appropriate systems and maintain accurate records.
• Follow prescribed timelines to resolve inquiries while meeting KPIs.
• Triage inquiries such as account updates, balances, resale, and service requests.
