Job summary

TSI - Transworld Systems Inc. in Phoenix is hosting open interviews for an Onsite Collections Representative. The role offers $18–$23/hour based on experience, with training and nesting periods to acclimate to our processes and compliance standards.

After training, the production schedule is 8am-5pm, four days per week plus one 10am-7pm day. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, 401k matching, paid time off, and holidays to support your growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Access to high-speed Internet required.
• FDCPA knowledge preferred.
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude.
• Ability to problem solve and multitask.
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Call consumers to secure payments on past due student loan accounts. Each call is unique...you'll never get bored!
• Our Collections Representatives also need to ensure that all work is performed in compliance with company policies as well as local, state and federal collections laws and regulations. Detail-oriented people are a great fit!
