Transworld Systems Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Onsite Collections Representative to join our customer-service team. You will handle both outbound and inbound calls to past-due accounts and secure payments on overdue balances.

The role requires 3+ years of B2B collections experience, FDCPA knowledge, and professional phone etiquette with strong negotiating and confidentiality. Paid training is provided and the production schedule follows a rotating 8:00–17:00 pattern after nesting.

Compensation: $15 per/hour based on experience

Training Schedule: 2 Weeks Training/4 Weeks Nesting Monday-Friday 8A-5P

Production Schedule: After training and nesting - the production schedule is 8am-5pm 4 days a week and 10am-7pm 1 day a week

Responsibilities

At our contact centers, Collection Representatives are responsible for outbound calling as well as accepting incoming calls regarding past due accounts and securing payments on accounts that are past due.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3 plus years of B2B collections experience
• Previous skip tracing experience
• FDCPA knowledge
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skillsl>
• Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude
• Ability to problem solve and multitask
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to exchange accurate information effectively over the phone
