Transworld Systems Inc. in Phoenix is seeking an Onsite Collections Representative to contact consumers and secure past-due payments. This onsite role includes two weeks of training and nest matching, with a 8A-5P schedule during nesting and 8A-5P four days and 10A-7P one day after nesting.

Requirements include a high school diploma, internet access, and strong customer service and negotiation skills. This is a full-time onsite position located in Phoenix, AZ.

Work Location: This is an onsite position at our Phoenix office.

Compensation: $18-$23/hour based on experience

Training Schedule: 2 Weeks Training/4 Weeks Nesting Monday-Friday 8A-5P

Production Schedule: After training and nesting - the production schedule is 8am-5pm 4 days a week and 10am-7pm 1 day a week

Responsibilities

• Call consumers to secure payments on past due student loan accounts. Each call is unique...you’ll never get bored!
• Our Collections Representatives also need to ensure that all work is performed in compliance with company policies as well as local, state and federal collections laws and regulations. Detail-oriented people are a great fit!
