Job summary

TSI - Transworld Systems Inc. in Mason, OH is seeking a Collections Representative to call consumers and secure payments on past-due student loan accounts. This is an onsite position at our Mason office, with initial paid training and a nesting period.

After training, production runs 8am-5pm four days a week and 10am-7pm one day a week. The role offers a generous bonus opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Access to high-speed Internet required.
• FDCPA knowledge preferred.
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude.
• Ability to problem solve and multitask.
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to exchange accurate information effectively over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Call consumers to secure payments on past due student loan accounts. Each call is unique; you’ll never get bored.
• Ensure all work complies with company policies and local, state and federal collections laws and regulations; detail-oriented approach required.
