TSI - Transworld Systems Inc. in Augusta, GA is seeking a focused Collections Representative for our student loan servicing department.

This fulltime role emphasizes strong customer service while calling consumers to secure past-due payments and maintain compliance with policies and applicable laws. The position is onsite, starts at $16+ per hour based on experience, with two weeks of training followed by a nesting period.

Overview

This is a fulltime position in our student loan servicing department. Looking for candidates with great customer service skills that would like to work in an office environment.

Work Location: This is an onsite position at our Augusta, GA office

Compensation: $16+ based on collections experience

Training Schedule: 2 Weeks Training/4 Weeks Nesting Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Production Schedule: Monday - Friday 4 days 8am-5pm and 1 day 10am-7pm

Responsibilities

• Call consumers to secure payments on past due student loan accounts. Each call is unique…you’ll never get bored!
• Our Collections Representatives also need to ensure that all work is performed in compliance with company policies as well as local, state and federal collections laws and regulations. Detail-oriented people are a great fit!
