Job summary

Account Control Technology seeks a Collections Representative for our Mason, OH office. This onsite role focuses on contacting customers to collect on past-due student loan accounts, adhering to policies and regulations. Training and performance-based bonuses are offered.

Expect 8A-5P schedules during nesting, with a production schedule of 8A-5P four days a week and 10A-7P one day a week once trained. Benefits include comprehensive coverage and matching 401k in a team-oriented environment.

Overview

Work Location: This is an onsite position at our Mason office.

Compensation: $16-$22/hour based on experience

Training Schedule: 2 Weeks Training/4 Weeks Nesting Monday-Friday 8A-5P

Production Schedule: After training and nesting - the production schedule is 8am-5pm 4 days a week and 10am-7pm 1 day a week

Responsibilities

• Call consumers to secure payments on past due student loan accounts. Each call is unique...you'll never get bored!
• Our Collections Representatives also need to ensure that all work is performed in compliance with company policies as well as local, state and federal collections laws and regulations. Detail-oriented people are a great fit!

Qualifications

• Access to high-speed Internetrequired.
• FDCPA knowledgepreferred.
