Transworld Systems Inc. in Augusta, GA is hiring for an Onsite Collections Representative in our student loan servicing department.

This full-time, onsite role focuses on calling consumers to secure payments on past-due accounts and ensuring compliance with policies and applicable laws. You will receive paid training, work in a team-oriented environment, and have opportunities for growth plus a generous bonus potential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Access to high-speed Internet required.
• FDCPA knowledge preferred.
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude.
• Ability to problem solve and multitask.
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time. We need you doing what you do best, reaching out to our consumers!
• Ability to exchange accurate information effectively over the phone.

Overview

This is a fulltime position in our student loan servicing department. Looking for candidates with great customer service skills that would like to work in an office environment.

Work Location: This is an onsite position at our Augusta, GA office

Compensation: $16+ based on collections experience

Training Schedule: 2 Weeks Training/4 Weeks Nesting Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Production Schedule: Monday - Friday 4 days 8am-5pm and 1 day 10am-7pm
