Job summary

Transworld Systems Inc. in Mason, OH seeks an Onsite Collections Representative. This onsite role starts with 2 weeks of training and 4 weeks nesting, followed by a production schedule of 8am-5pm four days and 10am-7pm one day per week.

Applicants will complete Harver assessments after applying, serving as the initial screening in our employment process. We value ambition, self-motivation, and a customer-first approach in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Access to high-speed Internet required.
• FDCPA knowledge preferred.
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude.
• Ability to problem solve and multitask.
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time. We need you doing what you do best, reaching out to our consumers!
• Ability to exchange accurate information effectively over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Call consumers to secure payments on past due student loan accounts. Each call is unique…you’ll never get bored!
• Our Collections Representatives also need to ensure that all work is performed in compliance with company policies as well as local, state and federal collections laws and regulations. Detail-oriented people are a great fit!

This is an onsite position at our Mason office.

Compensation

$16-$22/hour based on experience

Training Schedule

2 Weeks Training/4 Weeks Nesting Monday-Friday 8A-5P

Production Schedule

After training and nesting - the production schedule is 8am-5pm 4 days a week and 10am-7pm 1 day a week
