Job summary

Transworld Systems Inc. in Mason, Ohio is hiring an Onsite Collections Representative to join our customer service team. You will call consumers to secure payments on past due accounts, following policy and state and federal regulations.

This role starts with paid training, then nesting and a production schedule of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., four days a week and one 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. day. We offer a team-oriented environment, growth opportunities, and a generous bonus program.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Access to high-speed Internet required.
• FDCPA knowledge preferred.
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service aptitude.
• Ability to problem solve and multitask.
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time.
• Ability to exchange accurate information effectively over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Call consumers to secure payments on past due student loan accounts. Each call is unique; you’ll never get bored.
• Our Collections Representatives ensure all work complies with company policies and local, state and federal laws; detail-oriented work is a fit.

Overview

Work Location: This is an onsite position at our Mason office.

Compensation: $16-$22/hour based on experience

Training Schedule: 2 Weeks Training/4 Weeks Nesting Monday-Friday 8A-5P

Production Schedule: After training and nesting - the production schedule is 8am-5pm 4 days a week and 10am-7pm 1 day a week
